Complaints and beyond: training for practitioners to support young people in getting the outcomes they want and are legally entitled to

You will explore the human element of making complaints, establish the full spectrum of options available to be utilised in causing change to happen and harness new and improved negotiating
and influencing skills.

You will also break down the complexities of the formal complaints route (including other professionals, timescales and jargon involved) so that you are left confident to support a young person
through this process.

You will also be left with a good understanding of the other legal options available to young people beyond complaints i.e. judicial review such that you are able to support a young person in deciding which option is best suited to their situation.
