Safeguarding and Children's Rights

We will take you on a journey through awareness of safeguarding issues, appropriate responses, the language, the law, confidentiality and managing disclosures and working effectively together with other agencies. Voice’s experience in supporting and advocating with young people in the safeguarding process ensures that you learn how to maintain a child-centred approach in safeguarding. You will also look at the dynamics and impact of abuse and how to work sensitively with vulnerable and traumatised young people.

We use a variety of accelerated and reflective learning methodology to ensure that the training meets the needs of all learners. Our trainers are guaranteed to have expertise in this area and participants’ welfare is paramount given the nature of the training content.
