'My Head Hurts': Young People and Mental Health

This seminar on young people and mental health provided an insiders’ view of how to improve support for young people with mental health issues.

The YoungMinds “Very Important Kids” project involves thousands of children and young people in campaigning to improve mental health services, raise awareness about the importance of children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing and to increase young people’s participation in service design and delivery. The group is made up of young people from across the English regions who are affected by mental health problems.”
